Trade fairs are a unique opportunity to meet Clients and people searching for production solutions as well as a place of our offer and field of its activity in an industry presentation. This year's industrial spring, that took place in 26-28th of March was a huge logistic challenge for us due to an unconventional presentation, however, a giant interest of ATMAT'S stand absolutely compensated several months of work and involvement. How did 11th edition of The 3D Printing Days proceed?

Caudron aroused the interest

During the trade fairs, we presented a unique ability to put 3D printing in use. Reconstruction of historical treasures is a process sometimes very difficult, arduous and often enough impossible. It can be caused for example by insufficient financial resources or lack of preserved elements of construction. In a presented case, 3D printing turned out to be the only way to restore a block of an 80-year-old plane, that attracted to ATMAT's stand not only people in the industry but also media and historical machines hotheads. Although, transportation of the fighter was not an easy one and putting a cockpit part on wings was nothing short of miraculous - we succeeded. Caudron during all the fair-events brightened the view of visitors interested in it.

Saturn with a prize, new version of Signal Pro 500

These are another trade fairs, that we are coming back from with the main prize for our product. This year's event organizers especially appreciated ATMAT's Saturn printer, one of the two large-size 3D printers used i.a. for printing elements of historical Caudron plane. The 3D Printing Days are a chance to present an offer that from one year to another is growing. What is more, products are getting more precise, faster and fit to requirements and expectations of the industry. What we have presented for the very first time was a new version of Signal Pro 500 printer. New design, charcoal filter, camera that enables a view of printing process 24 hours a day and a high-tech software allowing to control and activate printings from a computer level, are the main changes that were introduced.

At our stand, we could not skip the machines. During trade fairs, we also introduced an example of robotized work stations. The model of the station was composed of, among others, 6 axial FANUC robot of the M-10 series, that is characterised by the small size and high speed. Usage of a compact welding source of ABICOR BINZER company, iROB Pulse 500 as well as an adequate integration with the robot enabled undergoing a detail welding simulation. The introduced welding cell also had appropriate securities proper for the welding process.

Media's lens on  ATMAT

Pieces of information about what is going to be presented by us on this year's trade fairs appeared in media a long time before The 3D Printing Days began. Progress of work on reconstruction was followed by media up-to-date and all the information were published a.i. in Gazeta Krakowska, Interia, Dziennik Polski 24, Lovekrakow.pl, Gazeta Wyborcza and many other websites as well as in printed editions. What is more, regional branches of Telewizja Polska created two videos that showed up not only on television but also on the web.
